If your plant arrived damaged, don’t worry—we’ll help.
Step 1: Unbox gently and inspect
- Remove the plant carefully and keep any packaging until you’re done checking everything.
- If soil spilled, that’s common in transit.
Step 2: Take a few clear photos
Photos help us identify the plant and understand what happened. Please include:
- close-up of the damage
- full plant photo
- packaging/box
- shipping label (tracking visible)
Step 3: Basic first aid
- Place the plant in bright, indirect light for 24–48 hours.
- Avoid watering immediately unless the soil is completely dry and the plant is severely shriveled.
Step 4: Contact us
Submit a request through our Help Center or email support@z3nlauramorais.zendesk.com with your order number and the email used at checkout, and attach the photos.
