Where we ship
We currently ship to European countries. If you’re outside Europe, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days (depending on destination and item availability).
During peak periods or weather disruptions, delivery may take longer.
Order processing
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to change or cancel something, contact us as soon as possible (before shipment).
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Weather note (live plants)
Live plants can be sensitive to extreme heat/cold. If your plant arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we’ll help.
