If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, try these quick checks first:

- Look around the delivery area (porch, side door, safe place).
- Check with neighbours or building reception.
- Check the carrier’s tracking page for a delivery photo or note.
Still not found?
Submit a request (or email us) with:
- your order number
- the email used at checkout
- your delivery address (city/postcode is enough)
- the tracking number
We’ll advise the next steps based on the carrier status.
