If something is missing from your order, here’s what to check first.
Step 1: Confirm whether your order has more than one package
Some orders may ship in more than one package. Please check your shipping confirmation email/tracking to see if there are multiple parcels.
Step 2: Check you’ve received all packages
If one package is still in transit, the missing item may be in the remaining parcel.
Step 3: If you’ve received all packages and an item is still missing, contact us
If you’ve received all packages and something is still missing, please contact our customer service team so we can fix this for you.
Submit a request (or email us) with:
- your order number
- the email used at checkout
- the missing item (name + quantity)
If you have them, you can also include the tracking number or delivery details.
Our support representatives may request photos if needed to investigate.
