If you have a Premium membership, you should have access to the PlantCare in-depth diagnosis tool. Try the steps below.
1) Confirm you’re using the correct email
Log out of PlantCare App and log back in using the same email address you used to subscribe to Premium (the email where you receive Succora membership emails).
2) Restart the app
Fully close the PlantCare App and reopen it. This refreshes your session and can restore access to Premium features.
3) Confirm your Premium membership is active
Log in to your Succora account using the same email and confirm your membership shows as Premium.
4) If it’s still not working, send us these details
Reply to this message with:
- the email address used for your Premium subscription
- a screenshot of what you see in PlantCare App where the diagnosis tool should be
- your device type (iOS or Android)
We’ll check your membership access and help you get it working.
