If you placed an order by mistake (wrong item, quantity, or address), contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet
We can usually help with:
- changing an item
- updating quantities
- correcting the delivery address
- cancelling the order
If the order has already shipped
Once a parcel is with the carrier, changes may not be possible. We’ll check the shipment status and advise the best next step.
