Do you want to change your delivery method? We can update your delivery address only if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
How to request an address change
Contact Succora Support and include:
- your order number
- the email used at checkout
- the full updated address (name, street, city, postcode, country)
- a phone number (if required by the carrier)
We’ll confirm whether the address change is still possible and update it for you.
If your order has already shipped
Once a parcel is with the carrier, we usually can’t change the delivery address. At this stage, we recommend you contact the carrier directly with your tracking number and check the options available with them.
